2. Data we process
Through the contact form we collect the data you provide: name, company (optional), email address and the content of your message. We also process data you send us directly by email or telephone.
This website does not use its own cookies or any analytics or advertising tools.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data exclusively to handle your enquiry, information request or quote, and to maintain any commercial communication you initiate. The legal basis for the processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) when you ask for a quote.
4. Recipients and international transfers
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To manage the contact form we use Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which acts as data processor and receives the data you enter in the form. This international transfer is carried out with the safeguards provided for in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission). 5. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for the duration of the subsequent commercial relationship. After that period, data is deleted unless it must be kept to comply with legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to joseoliver@joseoliver.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
